Go Easy Trip Pte Ltd Rights& Obligations

1.    GET reserves the right to terminateaccess to this website to anyone at its sole discretion, at any time, forgeneral maintenance or any other reason whatsoever.

2.    As we act as an agent for third partysuppliers (like Airlines, Hotels, attractions) for the purpose of facilitatingthe bookings, You enter into a contract with these parties. Thus, Your bookingsare governed by the terms and conditions of such suppliers. Please ensure thatYou read the terms and conditions of third party suppliers before makingbookings as You are responsible for ensuring compliance of the terms andconditions.

3.    We may share Your personal informationand credit card details with third parties for making Your reservations,handling Your queries and other purpose. For more information on sharing andhandling of Your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4.     As GET depend on third party supplier'sfor information like availability of seats, airfare rules, Pricing etc. we donot accept any liability whatsoever for any negligence, omission of third partysuppliers. In the event of any default by the third party suppliers, we reservethe right to modify Your reservations in consultation with You. In suchcircumstances, You shall be liable to pay additional charges, if any, as aresult of Your modified itinerary. Until the booking is confirmed, there is noguarantee of the displayed prices and the same might change.

5.    We do not promote or endorse anyparticular third party service provider and shall not be responsible for theaccuracy of the information provided by them on this website in relation totheir products and services.

6.    GET reserves the right to modify/ amendthese terms and conditions at any time without prior notice by posting therevised terms and conditions on goeasytrip.com. The updated terms andconditions shall supersede all the prior terms and conditions that wereavailable on goeasytrip.com.

7.     GET reserves the right to chargemodification/ cancellation fees depending on airline conditions and other circumstances.

8.    If any terms and conditions enumeratedon this website conflict with the terms and conditions of a third partysupplier, then these terms and conditions shall prevail.

9.   If the reservation is not confirmed dueto any reason whatsoever, the third party supplier shall make the refund of anyamount charged from You and GET will not be liable to make another booking inlieu of the unconfirmed booking made earlier or compensate for the same.

10. GET shall be responsible for any act ofomission or default on part of its employees. However, GET will not accept anyliability for any technical errors, unauthorized access of Your personalinformation, inaccurate information provided by third party suppliers or anydelay/ inconvenience caused due to any event or circumstances which is beyondits control.


User's Responsibility

1.   Please note that the terms andconditions may be modified/ updated without prior notice. We suggest that Youreview these terms periodically. By using this website, it is understood thatYou have unconditionally agreed to the modified/ updated terms and conditions.By using this website, You confirm that :

6.     Incase You provide information of a third person, You are authorized to do so.

7.     Sufficientcredit is available in Your credit card to meet all the charges and fees of thetravel being booked on this website.

8.     Youshall not use any credit card or payment device which does not belong to You,without the sole written permission of the owner.

9.     Youwill use goeasytrip.com only for the intended purpose and not for any otherpurpose which is unlawful or prohibited by law.

10. Youwill not share Your GET Account Login credentials and will take all precautionsto safeguard such information. For more information, refer to our PrivacyPolicy.

11.  Youwill not resell or use goeasytrip.com or any information/ content available onthis website for commercial purpose. 

Third Party Terms and Conditions

GETwill not be responsible for any errors, omissions or descriptions on any of itspages for the information provided by third party suppliers. The terms andconditions of third party suppliers shall additionally apply to Your bookings.The user shall ensure that You have read and understood the terms andconditions of such suppliers before proceeding for a booking.

Linksto other websites are available on www.goeasytrip.com. These websites aresubject to different policies. GET will not be responsible for any content orpolicies on such sites or links available on these website pages. User shallalso ensure that You read and understand the policies and terms of thesewebsite before using such websites.

User Account Information

Uponregistration, a user account is created with GET which is protected by apassword provided by the user upon registration. It is the responsibility ofthe user to ensure that the password is not shared. GET will not be responsiblefor any modification or loss of account information as a result of unauthorizeduse of account password, whether with or without knowledge. If there is anyunauthorized access to their account or breach of security, it is the duty ofthe user to inform GET immediately.

Privacy and Security

Byusing this website or transacting with us, the user accept that he has read,understood and agrees to the privacy policy mentioned on this website.

Website Availability and Content

1.   At GET, we take all the necessary actions to ensure that all the content providedby us on this website is correct and accurate. However, GET will not beresponsible for any changes made to the content as a result of human or dataentry errors. 

2.    Informationsuch as fares, availability of seats etc is provided by third party suppliers.As such information is not under the control of GET, we shall not beresponsible for any error, default or loss arising out of the content providedby such third-party suppliers.

Availability

We make best efforts to ensure that thewebsite is available to You at all times. However, there may be downtime due toscheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance or other unforeseencircumstances. Thus we do not assure that there will be uninterruptedaccessibility to the website. We do not assume any liability for anyinterruption, downtime or delay.

Prices and Fare

Theprice displayed to You is inclusive of the, taxes and surcharge. The total ofthese values is displayed as the final booking amount. The taxes included inthe price includes only the pre-paid taxes and You shall pay certain taxes andsurcharge, which are not pre payable, directly to the service provider. Kindlynote that the prices displayed are not guaranteed and are subject to change.Fare is guaranteed only when Your booking has been confirmed, amount is chargedto Your credit card and You receive a confirmation email from us.

Amendment and Cancellations

Youcan make amendments or cancel Your bookings provided the reservation made byYou is refundable. The Policy with respect to modification and cancellationwill be displayed to You at the time of booking. However, amendment is subjectto availability. Certain services will charge some cancellation fees also. Amodification/ Cancellation charge will be levied by GET and it will be inaddition to any amount passed on to us from our third party supplier.

Any refund processed will be refundedto GET virtual wallet, certain services are non-refundable, and few servicesare partially refundable. To get the refund money in Your bank account customershould request the same from GET portal in order to get the actual money intheir bank account. These may take up to 15 day from the date of request. Therefund amount various from service the service taken. Each service has its ownpolicies, please read our refund policies below.

a.     Attraction Tickets

1.  Bypurchasing any ticket from our website or signing up for any of our products orservices, You agree and consent to GET (including its related corporation,locally or overseas). In using the online ticketing service on the GET Platform,You explicitly agree and acknowledge the following:

2.    Bookings for the tickets once made by You cannot becancelled, exchanged or refunded in most cases unless otherwise stated in GETplatform at the time of booking and/or on the ticket;

3.    Your booking confirmation will be sent via an e mail and/orSMS. For e-tickets, You need to print and present the e-mail confirmation atthe ticket counter in order to avail a physical ticket(s)and/or band(s), as thecase may be, from the ticket counter;

4.   GET will not responsible for any loss, damage or injurysustained by the customer at the theme park/water park/amusement park premisesor any other similar establishment for which ticket(s) were purchased throughthe GET Platform;

5.   GET will not be responsible if certain activities, rides,slides and attractions purported to be offered by the merchant were notfunctional on any particular day;

6.    By purchasing tickets through the GET Platform, You warrantand represent that You are in good health and acknowledge the risks that areincumbent while undertaking the activities offered by the merchants;

7.   GET shall will not be responsible for Your health, safetyand well-being during or after undertaking the activities offered by themerchant;

8.     To redeem the tickets from the ticket counter, You may haveto fulfil the following requirements : 

      - Have to physically be present at themerchant’s ticket counter,
- To present the debit/credit card that has been used to book tickets alongwith the booking confirmation (SMS/e-mail printout).

If the booking has been made foranother person on behalf, An authorisation letter from the card holder whosecard has  been used for payment to beshown upon request.

9.       Afterredemption, the holder of the physical ticket isdeemed to be the owner of the ticket;

10.    Entry will be denied on the following conditions :

-         Ifthe ticket has passed the validity date/time.

-         Ifthe ticket has already been utilized, cancelled or revoked. 

11.  A convenience fee per booking in respect of the ticket maybe levied on the tickets booked by You online. Kindly check once before Youmake the booking;

12.   You need to make bookings for the tickets in respect ofchildren (of certain age or height) as per the merchant terms and conditions;

13.  As per the merchant terms and conditions, in case a physicalticket and/or band is lost or misplaced, a duplicate ticket and/or band cannotbe issued;

14.  If the merchant cancels the activities, GET will not be heldresponsible for the same. In such cases, GET will automatically issue a refundto Your GET wallet with applicable deductions the amount paid by You for theticket(s) booked on GET within 96 hours from the event date;

15.  If You do not receive a confirmation number (in the form ofa confirmation SMS or e mail) after submitting payment information, or if Youreceive an error message or service interruption after submitting paymentinformation, You should immediately report to the GET customer care. GET willnot be responsible for any losses occurred in the process;

16. By making a booking of a merchant ticket, You agree andundertake to adhere to and comply with the terms and conditions of respectivemerchant establishments in respect of all the bookings made by You for thetickets through the GET Platform;

17.  As per the merchant terms and conditions, outside food andbeverages are not allowed inside the premises;

18.  Refund policy mentioned on the ticket is indicative. The actualcancellation charges are determined by GET and its service provider at theactual time of cancellation.

19.  Cancellation charges are calculated on the actual price ofthe ticket. If any discount coupons are used while purchasing the ticket, thediscounted value would be used to calculate the refund amount when a ticket iscancelled;

20. Tickets will be cancelled as per the cancellation policylinked with the ticket or the service provider/merchant. The transactioncharges/convenience fee will not be refunded in the event of a ticketcancellation;

21.    There will also be a cancellation charge imposed on eachservice/attraction or itinerary cancelled.

22.  In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayedor fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e mailID/phone number provided by the user, etc., a ticket will be considered‘booked’ as long as the ticket shows up on the confirmation page of the GETPlatform;

23.  GET may share Your telephone numbers with GET’s serviceproviders (such as merchants or owners of ticket counters, etc.) who GET hascontracted with to assist GET in pursuing its rights or performing tisobligations under the user agreement, our policies, or any other agreement GETmay have with You. These service providers may also contact You usingauto-dialled or pre-recorded messages calls and/or SMS or other messages in anyother form, only as authorized by GET to carry out the purposes identifiedabove, and not for their own purposes;

24.  By accepting the T&Cs, including the specific terms andconditions in this section, You accept that GET may send the alerts to themobile phone number/email provided by You while registering for the GETPlatform or to any such number replaced and informed by You subsequently;

25. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein,neither GET nor its affiliates of GET, its officers, directors, employees ormerchants or any related party shall have any liability to You or to any thirdparty for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages orany loss of revenue or profits arising under or relating to these terms, theGET Platform or the GET Services, even if any of said parties had been advisedof, knew of, or should have known of the possibility of such damages. To themaximum extent permitted by law, GET’s maximum aggregate liability to You forany causes whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action (whether liabilityarises due to negligence or any other tort, breach of contract, violation ofstatute, misrepresentation or for any other reason), will at all times belimited to SGD. $100. To the maximum extent permitted by law, You waive,release, discharge and hold harmless GET or affiliates of GET, and each oftheir directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims,losses, damages, liabilities, expenses and causes of action arising out of Youruse of the online platform;

b.     Bus& Ferry Tickets

1.  GET is only a bus & ferry ticket agent. It does notoperate buses or ferry transport services. In order to provide a comprehensivechoice of bus & ferry operators, departure times and prices to customers.

2.    GET has tied up with many bus & ferry operators andservice providers.

3.   GET advice to customers is to choose the bus & ferryoperators who they are aware of and whose service they are comfortable with.

4.    GET responsibilities include:

5.    Issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted bythe bus & ferry operator) for its network of bus & ferry operators.

6.   Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation;and providing customer support and information in case of anydelays/inconvenience.

7.      GET responsibilities do not include:

8.     The bus / ferry operator’s departing/reaching on time;

9.     The bus & ferry operator’s employees beingunprofessional or engaging in unlawful conduct; The bus / ferry operator’sseats, etc., not being up to the customer’s expectation; The bus & ferryoperator cancelling the trip due to any reason;

10.   The baggage of the customer getting lost/stolen/damaged;
The bus / ferry operator changing a customer’s seat at the last minute toaccommodate any of the following passengers: senior citizens, children,pregnant women, persons with disability or any other person in a situation ofemergency;

11.   The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (pleasecall the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if You are not aregular traveller on that particular bus or route);

12.  The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using apick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departurepoint;

13.  The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket areonly tentative timings. However, the bus / ferry will not leave the sourcebefore the time that is mentioned on the ticket;

14.   Passengers are required to furnish the following at the timeof boarding the bus / ferry:

15.    A copy of the ticket (a printout of the ticket or theprintout of the ticket e mail).                                    

16.  Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company IDcard, Passport). Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus /ferry.

17.   Passengers must also be aware of the following:

18.  Change of bus: In case the bus operator changes the type ofbus due to some reason, GET will refund the differential amount to the customerupon being intimated by the customers within 24 hours of the journey;

19.  Cancellation Policy: Passengers are expected to read theticket cancellation policy carefully. Tickets will be cancelled as per thecancellation policy linked with the ticket or the service provider. Thetransaction charges will not be refunded in the event of ticket cancellation;

20.  Refund policy mentioned on the ticket is indicative. Theactual cancellation charges are determined by bus / ferry operators at theactual time of cancellation. GET has no role in governing the cancellationcharges;

21.  Cancellation charges are calculated on the actual fare ofthe ticket. If any discount coupons are used while purchasing the ticket, thediscounted value would be used to calculate the refund amount when a ticket iscancelled;

22.  In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayedor fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e mailID/phone number provided by the user, etc., a ticket will be considered‘booked’ as long as the ticket shows up on the confirmation page of the GETPlatform;

23. Amenities on the bus/ferry as shown on GET have beenconfigured and provided by the bus / ferry service provider. These amenitieswill be provided unless there are some exceptions on certain days. Please notethat GET provides this information in good faith to help passengers to make aninformed decision. Provision of video, air conditioning and any such otherservices mentioned by GET travel partners in the buses is their ownresponsibility. Any refunds/claims due to non-functioning or un-availability ofthese services needs to be settled directly with the bus / ferry serviceprovider;

24. GET is not responsible for any kind of journeyinconvenience, injury or death, caused during the journey or flowing from thejourney;

25.  For any issues relating to cancellation or refund, thepassenger may contact GET within 15 days of date of travel, beyond which periodrequest would not be processed;

26. GET may call the mobile phone number provided by You whileregistering with the GET Platform, or any updated mobile number subsequentlyprovided by You on the GET Platform, or contact You via e-mail, for the purposeof collecting feedback from You regarding Your travel bookings, including butnot limited to the bus / ferry facilities and/or services of the bus / ferryoperator;

27.  Grievances and claims related to the bus / ferry journeyshould be reported to GET support team within 10 days of Your travel date;

b. Top Up Services

1.       All sales ofprepaid recharge on the GET are final with no refund or exchange permitted;

2.     You areresponsible for the mobile number or account number for which You purchase theprepaid recharge and all charges that result from those purchases;

3.     You are alsoresponsible for the information relating to data card and toll-tag recharge andall charges that result from those purchases;

4.    GET is not responsible for any purchaseof prepaid recharge for an incorrect mobile number or account number orincorrect toll or data card information. However, if in a transaction performedby You on the GET Platform, money has been charged to Your card or bank accountand a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of the completion of thetransaction, then You shall inform us by sending an e-mail to our customerservices e-mail address mentioned on the ‘Contact Us’ page on thegoeasytrip.com. Please include in the e-mail the following details – the mobilenumber (or DTH account number or data card or toll-tag information), operatorname, recharge value, transaction date and order number. GET will investigatethe incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to Your card orbank account without delivery of the recharge, then You will be refunded themoney within 21 working days from the date of receipt of Your e-mail. Allrefunds will be credited to Your semi-closed wallet. You can trigger a requestin Your goeasytrip.com wallet to transfer the money from Your goeasytrip.comwallet back to source. It will take 3-21 working days for the money to show inYour bank account depending on Your bank’s policy.

Fees and Charges

GETreserves the right to charge fees from users for certain transactions likemodification or cancellation of existing bookings. GET can alter the amount offees at any time, without prior notice.

Submissions and Feedback

1.  GET welcomes Your comments andsuggestions. However, the submissions made by You will be non-confidential and non-proprietary.By making submissions, You grant worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free,perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable license to GET, itsSubsidiaries, its corporate affiliates and its users. The material can be used,reproduced, modified, adapted, published, translated, distributed, displayed orderivative work can be created from such materials in any form, media ortechnology.

2.  GET may not publish all thecommunications submitted by You. It will be the sole discretion of GET todetermine which submissions will be published.

3.    We are happy to hear from You. We readall the feedbacks carefully. However please note that we may not be able toreply to the feedback submitted by You.

Promotional Offers

1.      Promotional offers and deals areprovided by GET. However, these promotions are valid only for the limitedperiod. It is the duty of the user to ensure that the deal is valid while makingthe purchase. You can contact our customer support team for assistance.

2.    Promotional Offers may be subject toadditional terms and conditions, in such a case, ensure that You read andaccept such terms and conditions before availing such deals and offers

3.     CouponRedemption
In addition to the T&Cs, coupon redemptionis subject to standard and specified terms and conditions mentioned byrespective retailers. Coupons are issued on behalf of respective retailers.Hence, any damages, injuries, losses incurred by the You as a result of usingthe coupon is not the responsibility of GET and its affiliates, and each oftheir directors, officers, employees, and agents. Total cashback for a usercannot be more than 50% of his payments or 100 USD whichever is higher. Thisterm supersedes any offer related to any other GET Service.

Limitation of Liability

1.   In no event, GET or third partyproviders shall be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special,exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whetherbased in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or in any wayconnected with any use of this site or content (including but not limited toany opinion provided on the website, linked sites, software, computer viruses)found herein.

2.     If, despite the limitation above, GET,its Affiliates or their respective suppliers are found liable for any loss ordamage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrencesdescribed above, then to the maximum extent permitted by law, GET, itsAffiliates or their respective suppliers liabilities will in no event exceed,in the aggregate, the greater of the service fees You paid to goeasytrip.com inconnection with such transaction(s) on this website.

Indemnification

Youshall defend and indemnify GET and third party providers and any of theirofficers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all losses,liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including but not limited toreasonable legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interestchargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by GET and/or its affiliates,partner websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns that ariseout of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach ornon-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made orobligation to be performed by the User pursuant to this agreement.

Intellectual Property

ThisSite is the sole and exclusive property of GET or its licensors. GET and itslicensors retain all right, title and interest (including all copyright,trademark, patent, trade secrets, and all other intellectual property rights)in the Site. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, tradesecrets, unfair competition, and other laws of worldwide, through theapplication of local laws or international treaties. Any unauthorized use,reproduction or modification of this Site may violate such laws.
